These terms apply to the network acceleration and international route subscription services provided by 4444VPN. Before using the service, please read these terms, the Privacy Policy, and the details of your selected plan. If you have questions about fees or the scope of use, you can confirm them through a support ticket in the user panel before deciding whether to activate a subscription.
Service Scope
4444VPN provides subscription services for cross-border access, with coverage in 90+ countries and 250+ routes, and support for Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. The user panel lists the available routes and client links. Subscription credentials are available after login.
Monthly subscription traffic resets each month on the activation date. The price difference for a mid-cycle upgrade is converted into the remaining days. Data packages remain available until used and never expire. See the Plans page for pricing and traffic allowances. Check the billing method before placing an order; monthly subscriptions and data packages are different products.
Account and Subscription Rules
No email address is required to register; a username and password are all you need. Keep your account password and subscription links secure. Do not post credentials on public pages, in shared documents, or in untrusted tools. If you suspect your credentials have been exposed, change your password promptly, review your subscription in the user panel, and submit a support ticket.
There is no limit on the number of devices that can be online at the same time, for devices managed by the account holder. This does not permit sharing an account or subscription with others, reselling, renting, or distributing subscription credentials, or repackaging the service as a paid access product for others. Users are responsible for activity on their accounts.
Acceptable Use
Users must comply with the laws and regulations of their location and any jurisdiction relevant to their activities, as well as the rules of the websites, apps, and content platforms they access. The service may not be used for fraud, infringement, distributing illegal content, malicious attacks, unauthorized access, or disrupting other people's network operations.
Network acceleration does not replace account eligibility, content authorization, or paid access requirements imposed by a destination platform. Users are responsible for confirming that their access and handling of content are lawful. Do not use abnormal requests, abuse connections, or otherwise interfere with shared routes or other users' normal service.
Availability and Limitation of Responsibility
Connection performance depends on factors such as the local network, device settings, carrier links, destination services, and maintenance changes. Route coverage does not mean that the same speed is available in every location or at all times, and is not a guarantee of continuous access to any particular website or app.
If an issue occurs, check your local connection, update your subscription, or switch routes, then provide a relevant description of the issue through a support ticket. 4444VPN operates under an anonymous, no-logs policy; see the Privacy Policy for details on data processing. This service cannot resolve issues caused by changes to external platforms or users' own configurations. These terms do not exclude responsibilities required by law.
Fees and Refund Terms
You may request a full refund for any reason within 14 days of your first payment. To apply, log in to the user panel and submit a request through the support ticket portal, identifying the relevant order so the payment and refund can be verified. You do not need to provide evidence of dissatisfaction with the service to qualify under this commitment.
Payment methods are Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT. Provide only the information needed to verify the order; do not share your account password or complete subscription credentials. Confirm refund progress through your support ticket. These terms do not specify a separate processing or arrival time. Other rights provided by law remain unaffected.
Account Termination and Changes to These Terms
For unlawful use, resale or sharing of credentials, malicious interference with routes, or other violations of these terms, 4444VPN may restrict relevant features, suspend an account, or terminate it as appropriate. If you dispute an action, explain the circumstances in a support ticket and request a review. Account action does not automatically cancel refund rights under these terms or applicable law.
When service rules change, the updated terms and month of last update will be posted on this page. Important changes affecting fees or service benefits will be explained through an on-site announcement or a notice in the user panel. Changes will not retroactively reduce refund commitments already in effect. Users who do not agree to a change may stop using the service and confirm through a support ticket how an existing subscription will be handled.
