This policy explains how 4444VPN handles data when providing its website, account dashboard, and network acceleration subscription service. Account management, payment processing, and network connections involve different data uses, which are described separately below. Account and Order Data
4444VPN does not require an email address; an account can be created with a username and password. An email address is not required for registration, and providing one is not a condition for opening an account. Account identifiers, login verification details, and plan status are used to identify accounts, verify access permissions, and deliver subscriptions.
Order records include the selected plan, amount, payment status, and transaction reference information. They are used to confirm payments, process refunds, and resolve billing disputes. Text and attachments submitted voluntarily in support tickets are used to address the related issue. Please do not submit passwords, complete subscription links, or personal information unrelated to the issue.
Anonymous No-Logs Policy
4444VPN follows an anonymous no-logs policy. It does not record which websites users access through the subscription service, retain browsing content, destination URLs, or DNS query history, or create connection logs that could reconstruct an individual’s browsing activity.
The subscription service does not persist records of individual connection source addresses, destination addresses, or connection times. Temporary states needed to forward connections are used only while connections are being handled and are not retained as historical connection logs. Accumulated account traffic and plan allowances are used for billing and remaining-traffic displays and do not include website visit details. Order and support ticket records are not network access logs.
Access Analytics and Local Storage
Website analytics help us understand page visits, traffic sources, device categories, and how users reach the site, so we can improve content and troubleshoot page issues. Analytics are limited to interactions with this website. They do not extend to other websites users access through the subscription service and are not used to build browsing histories.
Cookies and browser local storage are used to maintain essential session states and save login credentials and language preferences. Login credentials should be treated as sensitive account information, especially on shared devices. You can clear site data in your browser; you may then need to log in again and reset your preferences. Clearing local storage does not automatically delete your server-side account or order records.
Third-Party Payments and Data Sharing
This service supports Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT. Payment authorization and transactions are handled by the relevant payment provider or transaction network. 4444VPN receives payment results and transaction reference information needed to verify orders; users are not asked to provide payment account passwords in support tickets.
When handling payment disputes or meeting legal obligations, relevant information is shared only to the extent necessary for the specific purpose. Third parties’ handling of data on their payment pages and in their transaction records is governed by their own policies. Records on public transaction networks cannot be removed by deleting an account on this website.
Retention Periods and Deletion Requests
Account data is retained for as long as needed to provide account and subscription services. Order records are retained as required for settlement, refunds, dispute handling, and applicable laws. Support tickets and access analytics are retained only as long as needed to address issues or conduct analysis. When a purpose has ended and there is no further need to retain the data, it should be deleted or de-identified.
To access, correct, or delete account data, log in to the dashboard and submit a request through the support ticket portal. Account ownership must be verified before a request is processed. Deletion may affect subscription delivery and future access to records. If records must be retained by law or because of an unresolved dispute, the reason will be explained and their use will be restricted.
Policy Updates and Privacy Requests
If data handling practices change, this page will be updated, including the updated month shown above. Material changes to processing purposes, data scope, or user rights will be explained through an on-site notice or the account dashboard. New uses should not automatically apply retroactively to existing data solely because the policy text has changed. Where required by law, consent will be requested separately.
